201. Water head

202. Thickness of bulkhead plating
1. The thickness of superstructure end bulkhead platings is not to be less than that obtained from the following formula.

203. Stiffeners
1. The section modulus of stiffeners on superstructure end bulkheads is not to be less than that ob- tained from the following formula.

Y : head of water specified in 201.
Ŷ : height between decks (m ). However, Ŷ is less than 2 m , Ŷ is to be taken as 2 m .
2. Both ends of stiffeners on the exposed bulkhead of superstructure are to be connected to the deck by welding except otherwise approved by this society.
